New GLOBE_3D release

This time, a bit of work on the most portable 3D engine in the universe ( ).
Nothing terrific, but the I/O is a lot faster (objects or texture input: 3-4x, video capture: ~10x if display has hardware acceleration).

The screenshots come from a custom Doom 3 level called "Pray for Pain", translated into interconnected GLOBE_3D objects by the D3G tool. You can see videos of GLOBE_3D here.
